Two years ago Susan was assigned to us on our house hunting trip, when we relocated to Victoria. She made us feel very welcome to Victoria. We decided to build a new home and Susan walked us every step of the way in the design,construction and closing. Great experience!! When the decision came to relocate to another location, Susan was the only agent that we know would do her utmost best to get our house sold in a reasonable time frame. She made her assessment with the comps and we decided upon a fair asking price. We were able to sell in about 40 days after going on the market.
